Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Forklift Maintenance, Repair, and Certification Objective: The objective of this contract is to maintain the forklift assets aboard Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. The facility owns three assets, as detailed below:

Maintenance Service (Task 1): Maintenance services shall be conducted in accordance with industry standards specific to each make and model. Regular preventive maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs shall be performed to ensure optimal performance and safety. Documentation of maintenance activities, including service records, shall be maintained.
Repair Service (Task 2): Repair services shall aim to bring the asset back to fully mission-capable status. Upon identifying repair needs, the contractor shall provide an estimated cost of repair to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (CO) for approval. Repairs shall be executed promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Certification Service (Task 3): The asset shall be certified to the appropriate certification standard as specified in this PWS. Certification may include safety inspections, load testing, and compliance with relevant regulations. The contractor shall ensure that the asset meets all necessary certification requirements.
Contractor Responsibilities: The contractor shall assign qualified personnel with expertise in forklift maintenance, repair, and certification. All work shall be performed on-site at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans unless otherwise approved by the COR and KO in writing. The contractor shall maintain accurate records of all services provided.
Performance Metrics: Timely completion of maintenance, repair, and certification tasks. Compliance with industry standards and certification requirements. Minimal downtime for forklift assets.
