Notice of Intent to Sole Source Technical Support, Maintenance, Training, and Component Upgrades for the 3dMD Temporal 10 Hz 3dMD 18.t Full Body Dynamic High Resolution Scanner

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Gruntworks Squad Integration Facility, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to 3dMD, LLC, 3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway, Atlanta GA 30339 (CAGE Code: 3B6N0). This effort is estimated for award in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 with an approximate total period of performance of 60 months, inclusive of options.

The anticipated contract is for procurement of technical support, maintenance, training, and component upgrades for the 3dMD’s proprietary Temporal 10 Hz 3dMD 18.t full body dynamic high resolution scanner. The contract will be classified under NAICS (334519). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

The capability statement must be received by MARCORSYCOM within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the USG not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the USG. All submissions become USG property and will not be returned.

Contractors are advised the USG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice of intent.
