  • Location: Services will be performed off-site at the contractor's facility.

  • Shipping Responsibility: The contractor bears full responsibility for all associated shipping costs under a Firm-Fixed-Price agreement, including outbound and inbound shipping, handling, prepaid shipping labels, sufficient insurance, and delivery documentation.

    • Attachment 1 Equipment: Shipped to 3D MEDLOG, Bldg 502, Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan.

    • Attachment 2 Equipment: Shipped to CLC33, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.

4. Performance Timeline & Deliverables

  • Calibration Frequency: The contractor shall perform two (2) off-site calibration cycles per year.

    • Initial Service: Completed within sixty (60) days of contract award.

    • Final Service: Conducted six (6) months after the completion of the initial service (to prevent overall equipment downtime).

  • Turnaround Time: All TMDE must be calibrated and returned to their designated facility within sixty (60) days of receipt at the contractor's facility.

  • Key Deliverables:

    • Weekly progress and status updates on all TMDE.

    • Field Service Report (FSR) or Calibration Completion Certificate (along with physical calibration stickers/labels applied to the units) within three (3) business days of completion.

    • A comprehensive end-of-service calibration status report within seven (7) business days of equipment return.

5. Period of Performance
