MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to:

SANKYO DENKI KOJI CO.,LTD. 3-14-30, Yamauchi Okinawa, Okinawa 904-0034, Japan This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13.106-1(b). The proposed award is for the repair and overhaul of the existing centrifuge unit at water treatment plant on Camp Schwab in Okinawa, Japan. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 237110. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations.

No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient to determine that a comparable source to the government is available.

A determination by the government has been made to not compete this proposed contract based upon any responses to this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. Interested persons may contact Isoko Yonahara at isoko.yonahara.ja@usmc.mil within (5) calendar days from the date of this notice. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor.

An award shall be made to SANKYO DENKI KOJI CO.,LTD. All questions concerning this notice must be received within (5) calendar days from the date of this notice. -DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/ SERVICES: Repair and overhaul of the existing centrifuge unit at water treatment plant on Camp Schwab in Okinawa, Japan.
