The training must be delivered on-site at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany, GA. The required curriculum must cover the following core courses:

- Understanding the key components and role of the logistics supply chain within a defense environment like MARCORLOGCOM. - Defining supply chain management concepts (flows, metrics, frameworks, and organizational structures). - Describing the information systems, technology, and teamwork used to create successful customer relationships and improve organizational efficiency. - Applying lean principles to warehouse and inventory management to reduce costs and improve responsiveness.
