Notice of Intent - Remanufacturer of Grenade Launcher Sight SU-277/PSQ

The Marine Depot Maintenance Command has a requirement for the purchase of remanufacture of the Grenade Launcher Sight (GLS) SU-277/PSQ National Stock Number –1240-01-619-2962 in accordance with the Statement of Work / Performance Work Statement. Base and two one-year ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned is 333314 -Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. A Justification and Approval document is attached to this notice. Basis for Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation on a sole source basis to L-3 Communications Corporation, Insight Technology Division. after review of responsibility and a fair and reasonable pricing determination. Award Procedures – The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract for these non-commercial items utilizing procedures authorized under FAR subpart 13.
