Extends the RFQ due date to 10 February 2026 at 3:00pm EST. Provides Government responses to all offeror questions received through February 3, 2026. Please see attachment Titled “M6700126Q0025 Bus Transportation Services – Questions and Answers (Q&A). Change the quantity of CLIN 0001 from 13 Jobs to 11 Jobs. Change Period of Performance to 23 February 2026 – 13 February 2026. Change Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect CLIN specification changes as noted in the Q&A Attachement and Amendment .

Incorporate additional contract clauses into the solicitation: FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires 52.232-39 Unenforceability of Unauthorized Obligations. Jun 2013 52.243-1 Changes-Fixed-Price. Aug 1987 52.247-34 F.o.b. Destination. Jan 1991 52.249-1 Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed-Price) (Short Form). Apr 1984 52.228-8 Liability and Insurance-Leased Motor Vehicles. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
