Live Tissue Training

Marine Corps Installation East - Regional Contracting Office intends to award a limited source contract to Templar Medical LLC located at 1900 EMELITA DR, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA 23456-1592, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 5.301(a). The request is to provide non-personal services for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for Combat Lifesavers (CLS) with Live Tissue Training (LTT).

The contractor will provide a highly specialized training evolution for up to twenty (20) students, adhering to strict student-to-instructor ratios (max 4:1) and adhering strictly to FY26 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) mandates prohibiting the use of live-fire, explosives, or munitions to simulate trauma. The primary place of performance is a contractor-provided facility located within 60 miles of Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contract was awarded on 31 July 2026 for a total of $63,000.
