Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to HC Risk Reduction, Inc. (dba Redline Gear Cleaning) 51 Lacombe St, Unit 4, Marlborough, MA 01752-2891 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available under Restrictive Rights. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is for Onsite Advanced Cleaning and Inspection Services 175 complete sets of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and 125 incomplete sets of PPE aboard Camp Gieger, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.
