NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC, 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC (CAGE: 0S0H9) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This procurement is to provide AutoDesk Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) Collection Multi-User Software License and Maintenance Support for a period of one (1) base year at Fleet Readiness Center East (NAICS 513210). Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required services for these items.

Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from DLT Solutions, LLC. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received by 30 January 2024 at 09:00am, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
