Performance Work Statement (PWS) Installation of Access Control and Video Entry System at Building MCA-614 Headquarters Service Battalion, MARFORCOM PURPOSE This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for the procurement, installation, configuration, and testing of an integrated Access Control and Video Entry System at Building MCA-614, Headquarters Service Battalion, Marine Forces Command (MARFORCOM), Norfolk, VA.
The objective is to enhance security, control access, and improve monitoring capabilities at three building entry points using DoD Common Access Card (CAC) authentication, video verification, and centralized management. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install and fully integrate an access control and video entry system. Work shall include, but is not limited to:
Access Control System Installation and Magnetic Locks on all three (3) doors Front Entrance: Double doors with removable center post Rear Entrance: Double doors with removable center post Warehouse Door: Single swing door Magnetic locks for double doors must accommodate center post removal. Vendor must install card readers at each entry point. All door hardware shall be compliant with ADA, NFPA, and UFC standards.
Video Entry System Installation shall install a hardwired video entry station at the front, rear and warehouse entrances, to include doorbell, camera, and intercom functionality, remote unlocking capability from the S-3 security desk and the IPAC front office desk, installation of a dedicated video camera and monitor capabilities located at the warehouse, with remote unlocking capability from the S-4 warehouse office, with and provide a secondary video monitor in the S-3 Security Office (the system must auto-activate if the front desk does not answer within a defined period of time) *Please refer to PWS in Solicitation for specifications so you can quote accordingly. *Please ensure attached documents 52.204-26 abnd 52.212-3 are completed and forwarded to KO. *Please ensure you quote all parts and labor required for system installation.
