Amendment 0002 to the Solicitation: The solicitation document has been updated to add additonal portable toilets and hand wash stations to one location. Changes have been highlighted in the Statement of Requirements. A summary of changes is provided on page 1 of the amended solicitation which is included as an attachment.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a writtensolicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 562991 size standard of $9M. An Offeror’ssubmission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin.
