Tactical Transportation Kits

Requisition Number: M-24-D08-R-000054 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement - BPA as a firm fixed price for the purchase of Tactical Transportation Kits for USMS-District 08 Arizona. The district has numerous missions involving high-profile operations. It mitigates risk to the mission and agency to include Special Agent safety. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with 4 option years.

This contracting action is placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 5.003 and FAR 12 for the aforementioned requirement. The determination not to compete IAW FAR 8.404 as the government point of entry is within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is a request for quotes.
