Requirement: Marine Corps Installations - West (MCIWEST) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Departments require annual flow testing of department owned SCBA equipment for the various fire stations aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton (CPEN), Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine (29) Palms and Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) Bridgeport.
These services are required for F&ES to be compliant with applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Services are required on an annual schedule. Flow testing services shall be performed on-site. ?? IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE QUOTERS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ??
