The United States Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST at Camp Pendleton, CA is requesting information as detailed below. Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI)

Synopsis: The Regional Contracting Office MCIWEST is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing chemical toilet and handwashing station services at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, CA, and Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, CA.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Commercial). The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard of $9.0M. NAICS code complaince will occur when proposals are submitted. Proposals are not to be submitted at this time. This is a Sources Sought, NOT A REQUIEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTE.

Responses to Sources Sought: Responses to this notices shall not constitute responses to solicitiation, which are not currently available. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not consdiered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. It is requested that interested business submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement. The capabilities statement must clearly detail the firm's ability to perform all aspects of this notice and must include the following:
