Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This requirement is for repair and maintenance of a Caterpillare D8 bulldozer, in support of the South West Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT) aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Pendleton, CA. All repair and maintenance work must be performed by Certified Caterpillar Technicians.

MCIWest RCO Location: Camp Pendleton, CA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

Solicitation Number: M00681-24-Q-0009 This notice shall be considered a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment, with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 million.

System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in SAM in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM database prior to award. Lack of registration in SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.

Contract Type: The Government contemplates award of the following contract type: firm-fixed-price (FFP).

Period of Performance: 08 April 2024 through 08 May 2024 All quotes shall be received on or before 12:00 p.m. PST on 08 April 2024 via email to Mr. Alex Budai (alex.budai@usmc.mil) and Mr. Patrick Baughman (patrick.baughman@usmc.mil). Only quotes submitted via email by the due date and time will be accepted and evaluated. Questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on 29 March 2024 via email. The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, CAGE Code and Solicitation Number M00681-24-Q-0009. For example, the subject of your email should be similar to the following:
