**UPDATE 3** AMENDMENT 3- The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to change the PWS to remove the requirement for the contractor to perform weapon test fire. Offers due 13 AUG 2025 at 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST). The solicitation and all amendments must be acknowleged by providing signature on each, submitted with quote. ** UPDATE 2** AMENDMENT 2- EXTENDS THE SOLICITATIOM DATE TO 08/13/2025.
