The purpose of this requirement is to establish access to a comprehensive social media analytics and monitoring service for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC) Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT). This service will equip COMMSTRAT with the essential tools and insights necessary to monitor, analyze, and enhance the unit’s online presence.

The service plays a pivotal role in supporting COMMSTRAT’s execution of various core competencies, including research and analysis, assessment and evaluation, engagement, issue management and crisis communication, and product creation. It is a critical capability essential for COMMSTRAT to efficiently achieve the commander’s communication objectives and provide vital support to the MARFORPAC campaign plan.
