THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT in regard to market capabilities for businesses (Small Business, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.; please let us know your socioeconomic status) who are interested in the opportunity and willing to provide an estimate. The Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.

Supply #1: Wall Vitrines Quantity: Four (4) Salient Characteristics: - Wall vitrine must mimic in appearance and functionality museum style displays. - Display glass material must be at minimum 3/8 of an inch thick clear acrylic. - Back panel of display must be Medex fiberboard. - The cases shall include a layer of foam over the back panel wrapped with fabric to pin items in the case. - The cases shall be painted with latex paint on all surfaces. - Preferred Vitrine outside dimensions are:

39 Inches Width x 3 Inches Depth x 47 Inches Height. Acceptable minimum and maximum measurements: 37 – 39 In Width x 3 – 4 In Depth x 44 – 48 In Height. - Case must have 3 French cleat, Z-bar style mounting system that is 2 inches shorter than width of case. Location of mounting bars are:

8 inches from the top of the display case, on the centerline of the display case, and 8 inches from the bottom of the display case. - Mounting system must support at least 20% more than the constructed case gross weight.

Supply #2: Mounting Bar Quantity: Twelve (12) - Mounting bars that match the mounting system on the Wall Vitrine and allow for the hanging of the Wall Vitrines on dry wall. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CAGE CODE WITH ANY RESPONSE
