Notice of Intent - Concert Hall Rental/Lease

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures. Supply/Service needed: (1) One day concert hall rental for the Marine Corps Band Concert. Performance Date 26 April 2026, this includes ticket set-up, labor, screen and projector, line array, control video, piano, parking, marquee rental, and e-news listing. The government intends to award on a sole source basis to:

Strathmore Hall Foundation INC., 5301 Tuckerman LN, Rockville, Maryland 20852, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
