Photography of Fine Art Collection

This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. This is a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA), requesting information to determine market capabilities and interested vendors for an upcoming requirement for Professional Fine Art Photography Services for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC). Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft pricing table. Responses shall be submitted no later than the response date and time specified on the SAM.gov Sources Sought Notice. In your response, please include the following information: Business/entity name, CAGE code, and UEI. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS for the Period of Performance specified in Section 4.2. Provide a brief description of your business’ capabilities / experience regarding the services specified in the draft PWS. Maximum length: 2 pages.

State your small business status, including any SBA certified socioeconomic groups, and provide your primary NAICS code(s). The NAICS codes being considered for this requirement are 541922, 323111, or 711510. If your business has feedback on which NAICS is most applicable to this requirement, please provide your suggestion and a brief explanation as to why the code provided would best support this requirement.

Is your business capable of quoting firm-fixed price (FFP) for this requirement in accordance with the draft pricing table? Please note: The Government intends to provide an example Task Order 1 at the time of solicitation in addition to the PWS. Do you have any questions or feedback about this requirement, the draft PWS, and/or the draft pricing table? Responses will be used for market research purposes.
