NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS (AUDIO ENGINEER)

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This requirement is for Audio Engineer services for the Marine Corps Band. This service provides An industry expert in audio engineering, ensemble engineering and sound system design is required to create an audio system which can appropriately implement the electronic sound design for the “Music in Motion” program.

Additionally, this professional will provide in-person consultation on the development and implementation of the “Music in Motion” program and provide clinic opportunities to give professional level education to Marines The Governement intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to:

Pagentry Solutions LLC; 13425 Mount Castle Dr., Dallas, Texas, 75234-5049, United States, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by June 27, 2025, at 2:00 Pm EST. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to Edgar Clark, at edgar.clark@usmc.mil, no later than Friday, June 27, 2025, at 2:00 Pm EST.
