Photography of Posters and Archival Artifacts

This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. This is a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA), requesting information to determine market capabilities and interested vendors for an upcoming requirement for professional photography services for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC). Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated attachment. In your response, please include the following information: Business/entity name, CAGE code, and UEI. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS for the Period of Performance requested in Section 4.2. Provide a brief description of your organization’s capabilities / experience regarding the services requested in the draft PWS. Maximum length: 2 pages.

State your small business status, including any SBA certified socioeconomic groups, under the NAICS code 541922. Note: If your business believes a different NAICS is more applicable to this requirement, please provide your NAICS suggestion and a brief explanation as to why the code(s) provided would better support this requirement.

If your business is a contract holder for a government contractual vehicle such as GSA, please state whether this requirement can be provided via GSA, and if so, provide your GSA contract number. Is your business capable of quoting firm-fixed price (FFP) for this requirement in accordance with the draft pricing table? Please note: The Government intends to provide a sample Task Order 1 at the time of solicitation.
