Museum Gallery Enhancement – Carpet and Kiosks

This is not a solicitation or request for quotes. This is a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA), requesting information to determine market capabilities and interested vendors for an upcoming requirement for Museum Carpet Replacement and Interactive Kiosks for the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC).

Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated Attachments 1 and 2. Interested vendors: please respond via email to Molly Henderson, Contract Specialist, at molly.henderson@usmc.mil. In your response, please include the following information: Business/entity name, CAGE code, and UEI. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS for the Period of Performance requested in Section 4.2.

Provide a brief description of your organization’s capabilities / experience regarding the services requested in the draft PWS. Maximum length: 2 pages. State your small business status, including any SBA certified socioeconomic groups, under the NAICS code 238990. If your business is a contract holder for a government contractual vehicle such as GSA, please state whether this requirement can be provided via your GSA contract, and if so, provide your GSA contract number.

The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 238990. If your business believes a different NAICS is more applicable to this requirement, please provide your NAICS suggestion and a brief explanation as to why the code(s) provided would better support this requirement.
