JROTC New Instructor Course

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/service needed: 9 days (June 18, 2024 to June 29, 2024)

JROTC New Instructor Training Course: Provide new Marine Corps JROTC Instructors with various skills to help in their development as High School teachers. Training shall cover segments of classroom management, child psychology, developing cohort relationships, interacting with parents and the community, expectations of the school administrative teams, instructor conduct, and proper instructor/student relationship. Training facility and lunch shall be provided. The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to:

X Corp Solutions, 1010 Corporate Dr Ste 310, Stafford, Virginia 22554 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation by 3 May 2024, 11:59 AM Eastern Time, which shall be considered by the agency.
