Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to Crosman Corporation

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply needed: Challenger CH2021S Air Rifle collateral equipment and Armorer Course for (27) attendees. The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to:

Crosman Corporation, 7629 State Route 5 and 20, Bloomfield, NY 14469 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. The reason for this Sole Source Award Intent is that due to market research Crosman Corporation is the only business that offers the Armorer Course to teach and certify people on how to repair Challenger CH2021S Air Rifle. All interested and/or responsible sources must email an estimate to the Contract Specialist, Sgt Jacie Liu, by 20 May 2024, 11:59 AM Eastern Time.
