This is a sale of government-owned scrap materials on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. • Prohibited Containers: Loading into Gaylord boxes, metal drums, supersacks, or similar closed containers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

  • Loading Mechanism: QRP personnel will load the buyer's open-top trailer using forklift-mounted self-dumping hoppers. The facility is not equipped to manually load, palletize, or dump into specialized container configurations.

  • Timing: Removal must be executed on a mutually agreed schedule, commencing no later than 15 calendar days after the first payment (50% deposit) is received.
