Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Hydroworx

This requirement is a recompete for a three (3) year Maintenance Service Plan of the 2000 Series Underwater Treadmill HydroWorx Pool that was previously installed by HydroWorx International and is being used by Wounded Warrior Battalion for the recovery of service members. Previous relevant contracts for this equipment and with Hydroworx include M0068122P0027 which is the current maintenance services contract, and M0068123P0042 which was for repairs that were out of scope of contract M0068122P0027. There are no other agents or dealers authorized to represent or service this product. Any service performed without authorization of HydroWorx International could void any and all warranties.
