Incarceration Agreement

Contractor will incarcerate and detain adult male inmates on a space available basis at the Central Arizona Detention Center (CADC) located at 1155 North Pinal Parkway Florence, AZ 85132 and adult female inmates on a space available basis at the Florence Correctional Center (FCC) located at 1100 Bowling Road, Florence, AZ 85132 that the United States Air Force delivers for incarceration. Transportation. The USAF will be responsible for all transportation of its inmates.

In the event of emergency, the contractor agrees to provide transportation and security. USAF shall reimburse the contractor for actual costs of security including mileage at the prevailing GSA mileage rate. Medical Care. The contractor will provide inmates access to any routine and ordinary medical care currently provided at the CADC or FCC.

Any medical care, deemed by the contractor, to be outside the parameters of routine and ordinary care provided at the CADC or FCC will be paid for by the USAF and will include items such as medical and/or mental health care provided away from the CADC or FCC, security during the entire period of a hospital confinement, and prescribed medication.

The contractor will provide inmates access to recreation, access to courts, commissary, mail, religion, grievance, visitation, discipline, and telephone programs at the same level that such services are currently being provided at the Facility to similarly housed inmates.
