Milwaukee 3 to 7 ton Armour Stone Supply

This is a FAR 6.305(a) notice as required by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii). The Government awarded a noncompetitive contract to the small business, Midwest Construction Company (“Midwest”), Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) VPLVZEFWPLK9, located at 920 Central Avenue, Suite 10, Nebraska City, NE 68410, in the amount of $748,800 for delivery of 8,140 tons of 3 to 7 ton armour stone from a Wisconsin quarry to the Milwaukee Harbor in Wisconsin by June 8 2024. The Government made the award under urgent conditions on 3 May 2024. Interested vendors may find attached a redacted copy of the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition.
