Amendment 0002 Issued 30 April 2026: The Purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Add attachment answering contractor questions.
2. Incorporate clause FAR 52.222-90 by reference.
3. Extend solicitation due date in order for contractors to review changes and new attachments and revise quotes as needed.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-26-Q-0056 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026 and R-DFARS change notice 11/10/2025. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside.
Description of Work: The contractor will provide Lackland AFB with the requested coverage data study for JBSA. A technical team will survey 4400.5x.5 mile grids in the San Antonio area and 5-mile military influence areas. The testing will include inbound and outbound testing. This testing will test the range and reliability of the 6 UHF R1 ASTRO Site Repeaters locations currently on base. *This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for small business concerns. * This NAICS code is 811210.
