"DRAFT" Request for Proposal (RFP)-Link-16 Technical Support (RSAF)

The objective of the Link-16 Technical Support Program is to provide Contractor personnel to enhance Link-16 support for current Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Link-16 efforts. The Contractor will employ Saudi nationals where possible to minimize reliance on expatriate personnel and will promote utilization of in-Kingdom sources in support of the RSAF Link-16 program across all weapon systems.

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the technical services required for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to execute high-quality, cost-effective, and timely Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support of the RSAF Link-16 Program.

These services will be provided by an Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) and Continental United States (CONUS ) Link-16 Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Advisor, OCONUS Link-16 COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO) Advisor, OCONUS Link-16 Weapons Controller Advisor, OCONUS Link-16 Training and Maintenance Advisor, OCONUS Link-16 Airborne Communications Advisor, OCONUS Cyber Security Specialists, OCONUS Ground Support Station Installation Technician, OCONUS Link-16 Lab Technician, Link-16 Project Coordinator, Link-16 Network Designer, and Air Battle Manager (ABM) Advisor.
