Sources Sought to provide training and configuration expertise for Service Now App Engine products

Amended to add list of questions to provide answers back in response to the solicitation. This sources sought solicitation is for market research purposes only and no award will be made from this. US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) has ongoing requirements to produce and integrate Apps using licenses within the Service Now App Engine Platform.

USAREC is seeking sources that can provide case by case assistance and training to unit staff members to integrate Apps that the staff has built into fully operational and functional Apps. USAREC requires assistance and capability to configure and integrate Apps that provide more than basic functionality. See the attached Statement of Objectives for further information.

Interested parties should provide a capability statement, list of previous contracts showing prior history and rough order of magnitude pricing to the primary and secondary points of contacts listed below.
