KHC Support Services for Omnicell Medicine Cabinets

Omnicell Inc. – Customer Support to Omnicell Cabinets – Kayenta Health Center The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to OMNICELL, INC., 1201 Charleston Road, Mountain View, CA 94943 to provide Support Services for Omnicell Cabinets by OMNICELL INC. Omnicell equipment is onsite at the Kayenta Health Center Pharmacy Department therefore no other contractor can perform support services on identified equipment. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Omnicell Medicine Cabinets Support Services: Omnicell provides services to out Pharmacy at the Kayenta Health Center 24-hour Customer Support/On-site customer service to all Omnicell Cabinets Sole Sources Authority cited FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Due to the particular requirements of this solicitation, the proposed vendor meets the needs of the requestor which are most advantageous to the Government in terms of economy, efficiency, reliability of services. Therefore, OMNICELL, INC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirements of Kayenta Health Center. The proposed contractor shall provide the services identified above to Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, Arizona.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is August 21, 2024 5:00 PM MST.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
