Evaporative cooler replacement, Phoenix

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has a requirement for the replacement of four evaporative coolers at the Phoenix Rearing facility, Phoenix, AZ. The scope of work includes, in part, providing all electrical and plumbing work, drains and curbing. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is $25,000 to $100,000.

The project will be set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns only. The solicitation will be posted on or about May 22, 2024.
