The building is approximately 8,000 GSF and consists of two wings, one for administration offices and one for laboratories. The lab wing will be renovated in three phases, with each phase to be operational before the next phase begins. Award of the construction contract is anticipated in December. Interested small business concerns must provide sufficient written information to indicate their capacity and capability to successfully perform these services. Additionally, please indicate whether you are a small disadvantaged business, a HUBZone, a service-disabled veteran-owned, or a woman-owned small business.
