Notice of Intent Air Traffic Control (ATC) Penguin Solutions Extended Platform Support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to NEWCOM Wireless Services, LLC., 575 Washington Street, Pembroke, MA 02359.The Government has a requirement for the following Part Numbers/Quantity: NIWC-EPS-TA (Quantity 1);

EPSW3000: Extended Platform Support (Windows)(24 Units). The applicable NAICS code is 541519, PSC 7C20. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 12.201-1 Simplified procedures. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than three (3) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
