JMTC Substation A Repair Notice of Intent - Sole Source

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District will be soliciting proposals for the Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (JMTC) Subsation A Repair Project at Rock Island Arsenal, IL (RIA) this includes upgrades and repairs to the excisting substation A. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Fire Alarm Panel - The installation standards require the use of a fire alarm panel that is compatiable with the exsiting infastrucutre.

The only panels that can intergate with the Arsenal is manafactured by Simplex specfically model 4006. SCADA System - The installation standards require the use of a SCADA system that is compatiable with the exsiting infastrucutre. The only I/O cards that can intergate with the Arsenal is manafactured by Allen-Bradley PLC 7xx using an Allen Bradley Controllogix 7xx using an RSLogix 5000 PLC programming software, and FactoryTalk SE software for SCADA.

Electric Metering - The installation standards require the use of a electronic electic meter that is compatiable with the exsiting infastrucutre. The only electric meter that can intergate with the Arsenal is manafactured Schneider Electric specfically model Powerlogic ION 9000.
