OSIP Bridge Action

This is not a request for quote/proposal. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) I&S Enterprise, intends to do the following:

Award a short-term sole source extension contract to the incumbent contractor, Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA), an EverWatch Company.

EverWatch [CAGE: 1XCZ1; 11180 SUNRISE VALLEY DR STE 220, RESTON VA 20191-5490] now a wholly owned subsidiary of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH)

[CAGE Code: 17038; 8283 Greensboro Dr. McLean Virginia 22102-3838, United States]. The Contractor is currently performing services under, Contract GS-00F-253CA, Task Order HQ003420F0224, with services concluding on June 30, 2025. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge effort is for eight (8) months, from July 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 Limiting sources.
