JA-26-0191 Advanced Target Development

Sole source justification for Advanced Target Development in support of Executive Order 14390, Combating Cybercrime, Farud, and Predatory Searches Against American Citizen. This Executive Order directs the Homeland Security Task Force National Coordination Cell to combat cyber-enabled fraud and predatory schemes by extracting information on criminal networks that operate scam cyber call centers.

This effort is designed to support the identification, attribution, and disruption of Transnational Crininal Organizations, specifically by analyzing data regarding financinal information, leadership struture, connections to corrupt public officials, targeting lists of U.S. victims, and recruitment pipelines.
