The USCG requires Low-earth-orbit (LEO) SATCOM services to address critical needs of the overall USCG mission. These LEO services will provide the USCG with CGONE network availability in the most climate challenging regions. This requirement includes USCG site surveys, maintenance and sustainment, hardware (OneWeb Kits), hardware installation, SATCOM services, and Total Access Orchestration (TAO) services to ensure consistent functionality and connectivity.
This sole source exception to fair opportunity is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Please see the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This notice fulfills the posting requirements of FAR 6.305(a).
