This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Johnson Controls International (JCI) for programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface to the existing Area-Wide Energy Management System (A WEMS) in the San Diego metro area. Authority to act under this class justification expires on May 13, 2027.
