Conference Space Lease

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Crystal City Lessee, LLC for Doubletree Hotel Crystal City.

Doubletree Hotel Crystal City is the only hotel that provides the ability to conduct the conference during April 30, 2024 to May 2, 2024. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Crystal City Lessee, LLC for Doubletree Hotel Crystal City, 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202. This hotel provides TSA with the ability to utilize 39,900 square feet of conference venue space for the conference.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly.
