Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The anticipated applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing- other relevant NAICS codes will be considered based on responses received. 1.0 BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure IT equipment specified in the attached documents.

2.0 SCOPE 1 each of #6QN30A#BGJ, HP Color LaserJet MFP 5800f Printer, AND 12 each of #4RA81F#BHJ, HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdn Printer, according to the attached Specs sheet 3.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) 4.0 TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm fixed price purchase order.
