Joint Commission (TJC), Health Accreditation, Certification and Recognition Services Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

The Indian Health Service, Division of Acquisition and Policy intends to negotiate a single-source award with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization to provide Health Accreditation, Certification, and Recognition Services. The projected period of performance is 9/1/2024-8/31/2029; Base plus four (4) option years.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 813920- Professional Organization with a Small Business Administration size standard of $23.5M and Product/Service Code R499 Support-Professional: Other. In accordance with FAR 13.5, sole source acquisitions, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM (PST) on 7/11/2024 via email to Valerie.HeartBroker@ihs.gov.

A determination by the Government on whether to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
