NAIHS PDQ Software Licenses

The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – PDQ Software Licenses The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Navajo Area Office located in Window Rock, Arizona, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with, PDQ.COM Corp (UEI: ULKXVE4KBJ13). PDQ.COM Corp is the only vendor capable of providing PDQ Inventory Software licenses for inventory software for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service Facilities. PDQ.Com is the exclusive provider of the license inventory software.

The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million dollars. The Period of Performance will be for a 12-month period from the date of award. The award will be a sole sources procurement pursuant to RFO 12.201-1. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement.

Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 12, 2026, by 10:00 am MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
