THIS IS A NNOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATION OR PROPOSALS. The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, herby submits a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source, firm fixed price, purchase order under the authority of Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103-1(b), Only One Responsbile Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Angency requirements.

This Sole Source Purchase Order will be awarded to Tribal Health LLC - YMXNQECN7MJ5. The Norhter American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services.

The object of this sole source award is to provide ahort-term 14 week (POP 7/12/2026 to 10/17/2026) follow-on Purchase ORder for Registered Nurse services provided to the Pine Ridge Indian Haelth Service Unit, Pine Ridge, South Dakota 57770. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantegous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the agency.

If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with prepartaion and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this annoucement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbused by the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mssion objective of the agency.
