Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography

The Lawton Service Unit (LSU) which includes the Lawton Indian Hospital (LIH), Anadarko Indian Clinic (AIC), and the Carnegie Indian Clinic (CIC), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for the acquisition of an Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT) with Angiography to replace the existing device which has reached end-of-life and is no longer serviceable.

The OCT addresses a critical clinical need for high-resolution, rapid retinal imaging used in the diagnosis and monitoring of glaucoma, diabetic macular edema, macular degeneration, and other ocular pathologies. Without a functional OCT, the facility’s ability to provide timely, accurate ophthalmic diagnostics and disease management for the IHS patient population is significantly impaired.
