The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Gallup Lumber Supply Co, Inc. (L5S6AMCTNJV3), HHB Builders & Supply Co, Inc. (K64AN79KVD39), Midwest Motor Supply Co. dba Kimball Midwest (LZSCS86NB4J7), Summit Electric Supply, LLC (QL1TLKBXQR75) and Gardner Metals, Inc. (CH83CQHZ8UK8) for procuring various supplies inclusive of miscellaneous building materials, disposable tools, electrical, painting, HVAC, lighting supplies, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Facilities department.

The anticipated period of performance shall be issued as a base plus two option years from the date of award with a duration of twelve (12) months. The following dates are as follows:

Base Year:

03/15/2026 – 03/14/2027 Option Year 1:

03/15/2027 – 03/14/2028 Option Year 2: 03/15/2028 – 03/14/2029 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 321912 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Kayenta Health Center (KHC) changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.

In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than March 4, 2026, at 1:00pm EST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
