The Pawnee Indian Health Center (PIHC), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a need for monitors to be able to monitor patient vital signs. For patient safety, the provider needs to be able to monitor vital signs during patient visits and select procedures. This will allow the medical clinic to continue to provide comprehensive daily services for Native American and Alaskan Natives of the PIHC. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide the following for the Pawnee Indian Health Center Medical Department: 1. Adult/Pediatric: 0 to 300 mmHg;
Neonate: 0 to 150 mmHg • BP Determination Time: 15 Seconds typical, 150 Seconds Max o Complies with ANSI/AAMI SP-10:2002 and ISO/ANSI/AAMI 81060-2:2013 standards • Pulse Oximetry o Range: 1 to 100% • Pulse Rate Range: 25-240Bpm 2. (7) Mobile Work Surface
